Description
Located on the edge of a valley protected from death by Serra D'Arga and the south by the Monte de Santa Luzia, Village Anchor Beach is a fishing village full of traditions. The river Anchor is the division of the beach: the northern part, where it forms a small pool, perfect for children's games, is bounded by a pontoon near the Lagarteiro Fort and with a small fishing harbor; the southern part, which is accessed via a bridge reserved for pedestrians, is framed by a line of sand dunes, protected by long wooden walkways. The beach has an uncharacteristic urban environment.
