It is a great pleasure to introduce you to OceanViewHouse!

As the name suggests, OceanViewHouse, is a beautiful villa, with two bedrooms and a communal pool, located in a private condominium in Vila Praia de Âncora, next to the sea.
Its comfort and refinement, combined with a privileged view over the sea, allows you to spend a holiday in total tranquility.

Living room

The living room is large, very airy, and bright with a large dining table, two very comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. With access to the balcony that offers a beautiful view of the sea.

Kitchen

It has a large kitchen, all equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, juice machine, toaster, fridge and other kitchen utensils you need to make your meals.
The kitchen also has access to a terrace, where you can dine outdoors.

Room with a pool view

The room we talked about, is on the first floor of the house, has a king size double bed (1.60x2.00) and has views of the pool and the mountain.

Suite

The suite is phenomenal, because in addition to offering excellent comfort, with its King Size bed (1.60x2.00), it also has access to a balcony overlooking the sea.
It is therefore very relaxing, ideal for spending a holiday in total relationship with the sea, the beach and the mountain.

Bathrooms

It has three complete bathrooms, one on the ground floor (complete and with shower base) and two on the first floor (both with bath), one of which belongs to the suite.

Pool

The swimming pool is common, where you can relax and soak up the sun in the family.

Details / House Rules

You must inform the Reservations Manager of the OceanViewHouse, at least 1 hour in advance, about your arrival at our address.

Normal Check-in

Check-in: 16:00/20:00 local time

Check-out: 12:00/12:30 local time

Late Check-in

From 20:00/21:00 local time €15.00

From 21:00/22:00 local time €40.00

From 22:00/23:00 local time €50.00

From 23:00/24:00 local time €60.00

The OceanViewHouse accommodation closes at 24:00 local time.

No pets are allowed in this apartment.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can smoke on the Terrace.

We do not provide extra bed, or baby bed.

A OceanViewHouse é uma bela moradia situada num condomínio privado em Vila Praia de Âncora. Dada a proximidade, pode relaxar em casa ouvindo o mar, ou disfrutar da vista que lhe oferece. Permite-lhe visitar a lindíssima vila de Caminha, onde pode fazer uma travessia de Ferry Boat até à nossa vizinha Espanha.
