Kitchen

The kitchen/Living Room in "Open Space" style, has an area of 30 m2 and includes abundant furniture. The lower furniture is covered in polished natural granite, natural gas boiler for hot water, refrigerator, natural gas hob, microwave, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, serving dishes, glasses, knives and forks, etc.

Living Room

The living has a brand new and comfortable sofa bed, ideal for two people. It also has a dining room furniture with one table 1.20m X 0.80m and 4 chairs. It has direct access to the terrace through two glass doors in PVC with double glazing, protected from the outside by thermal blinds in aluminum operated by electric command. In the interior rolling black-out blinds. It has a 32 inch Led flat-screen TV with more than 100 channels. It also has free Internet throughout the house.

Bedroom

The bedroom has 14 m2, the floor is parquet oak, it has a complete furniture consisting of large double bed 2.10m x 1.70m in chestnut wood, two nightstands and a dresser with a mirror. It also has a built-in wardrobe. It has direct access to the terrace, two doors in PVC with double glazing. These doors are protected from the exterior with blinds operated by electric command and in the inside black-out blinds. LED ilumination in apartment.

Bathroom

The bathroom is lined with white and black tiles of the prestigious brand Cinca. It consists of a bath, toilet, bidet and washbasin with a mirror.

Terrace

The Terrace, with 57 m2 has an excellent solar exposure ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and fun family and friend meals. It is equipped with a sun-hat, a table and four chairs. It is very safe for children to play. The terrace is 13 meters long.

Garage Space (not included)

If needed there is garage space, covered, marked with the letter (D) with closed door to the street, it's operated with a remote control. It is a bit tight in width. But it is what we have and is licensed as such. Its described here has an integral part of the fraction, but it is not included or considered in the price.
There is, however, payed parking in the street out side and free parking 180 meters away.

Safety

The apartment is legalized in the Tourism of Portugal, Porto Municipality and Finances (AT). The apartment has all the safety equipment, from fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid box and other mandatory signs for accommodation.

Bed Sheets, Towels and Cleaning

If you want a change of bed sheets or towels, or a house clean during your stay, you should ask for it when making the reservation.
There is additional cost.

 

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. It has a total area of 123 m2 and the living area of 66 m2 in addition to the terrace with 57 m2.
The apartment has lots of natural light, has a modern lift and wide staircase. It's accessible from the garage, its suitable for wheelchairs and consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen/lounge, bedroom and a large terrace.
It is housed in a new building and we ensure you that the interior is very quiet.

No pets are allowed in this apartment.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Apartment. You can smoke on the Terrace.

We do not provide extra bed, or baby bed.

The Gold River apartment is a brand new T1, situated in the old former parish of Sé, in the picturesque neighborhood of Fontainhas, one of the most emblematic of this city, part of the historic city center, the Old, Most Noble, Always Loyal and Invicta Oporto City.
